Printer-friendly brochure.
At your venue in London - Midlands - North - Scotland and throughout the UK and Ireland.

We can help you think about your situation and how third-party facilitation works and/or offer our facilitated programme below, designed for resolving conflict at an inter-personal or team level. Call or email your requirements and an experienced consultant will handle your request.

The Perspectives Plus Programme ®

The 'Perspectives Plus Programme'® is a tailored facilitation focused on resolving individual, team and organisational conflicts. The success of the programme is built on and underpinned by years of experience supporting people in conflict and very challenging circumstances. Over 500 delegates have been through this programme.

The cornerstones
Programme assessment

We meet with the fund holder and the staff or team involved (often separately) to establish the scope and expectations for the programme.

Developing understanding

Participants are taken through the exploration stage of the Perspectives Plus Programme, which is a very respectful and safe process to explore the issues surrounding the conflict. A key focus here is to carefully address the anger and negative emotions associated with the conflict. This is normally carried out with both 'parties' separately.

Understanding perspectives

All 'parties' are brought together to share their perspectives and understanding of the conflict and to develop options and/or protocols for working together in the future. They also gain an insight into different models and approaches to understanding and resolving conflict.

Maintaining progress

It is important that progress and gains made are maintained over time. Participants work through a range of exercises focusing on how to maintain momentum during challenging times.

Duration

The programme is tailored to the needs of participants and ranges from 2 to 4 days depending on the nature and intensity of the conflict.

Benefits of the programme
Individuals and teams attending learn to...
  • Recognise personal and workplace 'blocks' to resolving conflict and how to overcome them
  • Develop processes and strategies to continuously work well together
  • Resolve conflict constructively when conflict arises
  • Work efficiently towards solutions that everyone is committed to implementing
  • Sharpen their motivation with a renewal of the common purpose and goals
