About the Author

Willie More, senior trainer with The Conflict Training Company, has a Masters Degree in Adult Education and Psychology from Glasgow University. He was a Principal Lecturer at Birmingham Polytechnic and for the past twenty years he has worked directly with front-line staff and managers in the area of staff safety.

He is the author of many books and articles on staff safety at work and was awarded an Honorary Doctorate by the University of Central England in 2001 in recognition of his services to staff safety.
